Introduction of thick film hybrid circuit:
The typical thick film hybrid circuits were use fine line screen printed circuit network and resistors network on the ceramic substrate, the resistors can be laser trimming with high tolerance condition as call at thick film PCB.
Today Midas can also print at steel, glass, FR4, CEM and Flexible PCB for different type of application.
Thick film PCB can composed of active and passive components ( TR, IC, Diode, Cap, Inductors) by use various types of technical like SMT, Wire Bonds, COB, TAB. Follow with pin connection and package as call at thick film hybrid circuit.

Advantages of thick film hybrid circuit are below:
    ●Size: 70% Smaller than the traditional PCB
    ●Confidentiality: Conformal Coating
    ●Flexible design: Adopted Functional trim which can adjust Voltage, Current, Time, Frequency…etc
    ●Precision tolerance: Absolute ±0.5%, Ratio ±0.1%。
    ●Short develop period for 3-6 weeks, lower development cost
    ●Excellent heat dissipation, low noise, high frequency and high reliability
